Tax authorities worldwide are increasing their vigilance on transfer pricing. Following its 2006 circular on transfer pricing, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore recently released several additional papers to foster transfer pricing compliance. This seminar will highlight transfer pricing developments in Singapore, especially in light of the new prescribed guidance. In addition, our international speakers will share insight on recent transfer pricing developments and their experiences with tax authorities across the Pacific Rim.
